Nobody needs to break in when writing to you works. The message that costs a household money looks like a booking confirmation, a signature request from the lawyer, or a note from a manager whose account quietly changed hands last week. Ironscales sits in the mailbox itself and reads what has already landed. The other half of the page is about the people who open things for a living.
Ironscales joins the tenant over an API, on the Microsoft 365 side or the Google Workspace side, and reads mail that has already landed. The join is a mailbox-level API and not a gateway. We will keep saying that, because the difference between those two things is the entire product. Routing stays exactly where it is, no records need repointing, and anything that turns out to be trouble an hour later can be lifted back out of every mailbox holding it.
It also means mail between your own people is in scope, and that is where the danger usually is. Once an account in the office has changed hands, the worst messages never cross any boundary at all: an assistant writing to a bookkeeper, from the genuine address, in the voice everybody in the building already trusts.
The training line is not a yearly video that everyone clicks through while doing something else on another screen. Short simulations go out, it notices who bit, and the follow up lands with those people specifically. The aim is not to catch anybody out. The aim is to make a moment of hesitation feel ordinary rather than rude.
That matters more around a private office than nearly anywhere. Your staff are chosen and trained to be responsive, accommodating, and quick to help. That is the job. It is also precisely the instinct a well built pretext is designed to lean on.
The rates underneath arrive from billing as this page opens. Anything you set is held in the running order meanwhile.
Protection living in the mailbox, covering both what arrives from outside and what your own accounts send to each other, with the training programme carried on the same line.

The people half by itself, for an office that is content with the mail filtering it already has but has never put the people reading that mail through anything at all.
| Made by | Ironscales |
|---|---|
| What it is | Simulated phishing, with training attached to the misses |
| Pointed at | Whoever handles correspondence on your behalf |
| Reporting | Progress over time, person by person |
| Worth saying | There is no mail filtering on this line |
| Counted | One per person |
Mail is the route nearly everything takes, and it is the one nobody can seal. We would rather be precise about that than sell certainty we do not have.
